Thanks DS Glass team, Have use them many times at our property Protea Hotel king George by Marriott. All the times process was fantastic from the start to the finish. Every staff member was professional and helpful from getting the qoute all the wat through to installation. The best was the clean up and the quality work and service they give us. Our experience / relationship was transparent from the start regarding both parties. Our needs were fulfilled from day 1 of the project. Where we couldn’t have what we wanted, due to advise from DS Glass we accepted as their recommendations made sense, and so we moved forward. The positive thing, was that we landed up with a smaller installation and obviously costs were less. Did DS Glass have to advise us on downsizing? Less money for them. You get the picture. From the start honesty and integrity prevailed over our project and the employees were spot on regarding their measurements and fitment. Didn’t have to do a single job twice due to error. The whole project of “who does what when” was so streamline and effective. Now that’s the WOW ???? factor. TEAM WORK! So, well done ???????? DS Glass for a very satisfactory service, as to please people regarding “luxury item’s” in your trade is very difficult as there are the expectations from the clients side and the deliverables from your side. I have to give this company full stars, their service is exceptional and super quick.
